New Member Program

New Member Program from now until December 31, 2025:  If you bring in someone who becomes a new member of The Shop, whether or not you are a member, you get a month's membership for free!

In other words, if you're a current member of The Shop and you bring in someone who becomes a member, you get an extra month of membership for free.  If you're not a member of The Shop and you bring in a person who becomes a new member of The Shop, you are automatically a member of the Shop for one month!  No limit on the number of new members you can bring in.  They should remain a member for at least three months.  Stop by together or separately and sign them up.  If you can't stop by, just call us at 256-479-5320 and we can do it over the phone!

The Shop is Huntsville's Newest and Largest Makerspace!

Conveniently located near Stovehouse and Campus 805, we are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) membership-based workspace. The Shop's 8000 square foot facility provides affordable access to the tools, equipment, knowledge, and skills that Makers of all level need to innovate and realize their creations. We have the equipment to enable artisans, artists, hobbyists, tinkerers, entrepreneurs, and DIYers. We also have a limited number of microbusiness areas for rent.

Our equipment includes a full woodworking shop, metalworking, 3D printers, laser engraver, soldering stations, silk screen printing, airbrushing, heat transfer, vinyl cutting and more.
